The breathtaking mountain views from my spacious room's balcony were complemented by a warm and welcoming staff, who ensured my comfort even without fluent English. The hearty evening meal, including generous portions of complimentary fried potatoes, was exceptional. Iratxe, the hostess, made my stay feel like home, reflecting a genuine kindness that added to my overall experience.
